Depending on whether you book a table or place an order, we collect:

• Reservation date and time
• Number of guests
• Any note you add (e.g. special occasion, high chair…)
• The dishes and quantities you select
• Delivery method (delivery or pickup)
• Delivery address (when delivery is selected)
• Preferred delivery/pickup time (if provided)
• Payment method you choose (cash on delivery or bank transfer)
• Any note you add
• Your e-mail address (if you provide one) — used only to send you an order confirmation
• Reservation/order history linked to your phone number, so we can recognise returning guests

We use this data to confirm, prepare and fulfil your reservation or order, to contact you if needed (e.g. to confirm or reschedule), and to keep a record so we can serve you better next time. The legal basis is performance of a contract / request made at your initiative (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We currently do not share your personal data with any third party. It is kept only within our own systems to handle your reservation or order.

Order alerts to the restaurant and the order confirmation sent to you (when you provide an e-mail) are delivered through a third-party e-mail delivery service, solely to send that message. Apart from the recipients named above, your data is not passed on to anyone.

Data is kept for as long as necessary to manage your reservation or order, and for any additional period required by accounting or tax law where applicable, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookies & Browser Storage

This website uses only one technical cookie ("lang") to remember your language choice, and, if online ordering is enabled, your cart is stored temporarily in your browser's local storage on your own device and is only sent to our server when you place the order. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel).
